$120,000 – $150,000 per annum

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in financial systems, eg/ Microsoft Excel and ideally Translogix or similar, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, taxation and regulatory frameworks.
• Highly effective communication skills with the ability to engage and influcence stakeholders at all levels.

The Financial Controller leads a small but efficient accounting team, collaborates closely with all business divisions, and plays a pivotal role in financial strategy development, cashflow management, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.

A key focus is on safeguarding the organisation’s financial health while enabling growth and operational excellence.

Licence/Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• CPA or CA certification preferred but not essential.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management roles, ideally within the freight, logistics, transport or similar industries.
