      great place to really learn how to sell and deal with challenging prospects day to day

      Cons

      management typically become management because they simply dont quit and are sometimes horrible mismatched to be leading anyone.

      real remote arrangement for most staff

      Cons

      There is no direction except cost reduction. While revenue is a concern, there is no general understanding on how to remove internal barriers that stop revenue from coming in. Business model is not sustainable and it is surviving by selling off asset and business at the point.
