Philip Morris International First Step Program interview questions

The interview process took around a month. In the first stage, they review my resume, and once I passed that stage, I got an interview mainly about my skills, what type of role was I looking for, where did I see myself in the future and how did I fit to the companies culture. For the 3rd phase I was called for an assessment where I had to work in teams to solve a case. I also had to introduce myself and tell them why I should be part of PMI.
