P&G has this process in which you go from an IQ and psychometric exam to a "panel interview".
I aced the IQ test. One of those days that you just click.
After that, recruiter scheduled me to interview with a person from sales. Apparently it is a policy of P&G for the interviewer not being part of the work team or division you're applying to.
This of course led to a lot of miscommunication. I think I bored my interviewer to death with my legal background. Also, a very bad interviewer.
