About the opportunity:
We are looking for a highly organised Senior Coordinator to coordinate the delivery of the University's Researcher Development (UC ReD) Program. This is a relationship-focused role where you'll work closely with faculties, researchers and internal and external stakeholders to plan, coordinate and facilitate a high-quality professional development program for academic and research staff.
In this role, you will be the central point of coordination, bringing together presenters, faculties and internal teams to ensure development activities run smoothly, are well attended, and are aligned to researcher capability needs. Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you will keep multiple projects moving while building strong partnerships across the University.
Experience in working within a university or government research environment will be highly regarded.
