Position overview
Future Students (Domestic) sits within the International and Future Students Division, within the Education Portfolio, and is responsible for delivering strategies and initiatives that attract and recruit domestic students across all levels of study. The team leads key marketing, communications, and engagement activities, including major events, outreach programs, and digital campaigns, working closely with stakeholders across the University.
The Future Students Officer plays a key role in supporting the development and delivery of recruitment initiatives, communication strategies, and engagement activities that contribute to achieving the University’s recruitment objectives. Working under the direction of the Deputy Manager, Future Students, this role supports the delivery of recruitment and communication strategies and assists with recruitment projects from planning through to implementation and review.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised professional with strong administrative, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, sound problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. The position provides timely coordination and hands-on support across a wide range of engagement activities, including student recruitment events, stakeholder engagement, and administrative support functions. Experience in higher education, student recruitment, events, or a related field will be highly regarded.
