Full-Time Venue General Manager – Yo-Chi Stockland Green Hills

How you'll make an impact:

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and set the standard for your team.
• Motivate and develop your team to perform at their best.
• Uphold excellence in service, quality, safety, and presentation.
• Manage labour, COGS and P&L to deliver strong results.
• Recruit, train and retain top talent, fostering a positive, high-performing team.
• Connect with the local Maitland community through events, partnerships and activations to grow the Yo-Chi love.
• Drive venue performance while creating a fun, energetic and people-first culture.

• Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality.
• Confidence in managing financial performance (labour, COGS, budgets and P&L).
