The Role
We are looking for a driven, customer‑focused Sales Representative to help grow our presence across Hervey Bay and surrounding areas. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and support the successful delivery of window and door projects. You will also identify new business opportunities to increase market share and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and KPIs aligned with the annual Windows & Doors budget
Strengthen the G.James brand within the residential windows and doors market
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and wider sales team to meet business objectives
Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports for management
Deliver professional and responsive customer service to support project requirements
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Generate detailed project quotations using specialised estimation tools, ensuring high precision and daily responsiveness to client inquiries
About You
Proven experience in the windows and doors industry (essential)
Confident using business systems, including Microsoft Office; experience with V6 quoting software is preferred
Able to create, interpret, and analyse reports to support business needs
Clear and respectful communicator who adapts messaging to different audiences
Customer‑focused with a proactive approach to follow‑up and continuous improvement
Collaborative team member who contributes to a positive workplace culture
Holds a current Australian driver’s licence
