Job Description
Temp Full time - fixed term 6 months cover and casual roles available!
As a Communications Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer focused service as the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, specialist, and clinical and non-clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to various department
-
Answering questions from patents, visitors, and staff, providing them with accurate and timely information
-
Must be available to work a 24/7 rotating roster, which means you must be available for all shifts, day/night, weekends and holidays.
About You:

Previous experience in a fast-paced switchboard or similar role.

A strong commitment to providing excellent service with courtesy and respect for everyone you interact with.

Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including excellent enunciation, articulation, and listening skills for effective telephone conversations.

Values honesty, integrity, and ethics

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Demonstrated ability to handle issues and resolve conflicts effectively
