Pros

Competitive Pay. Ability to work in school environment or home. Can also work as an on-call Sub. Offers on-going trainings.

Cons

Minimal support from administration. Unbalanced catering to contracts over caring for needs of employees. Do not feel supported. Does not offer lunch breaks or time to step away, even though dealing with high risk/highly behavioral youth. Does not have your back as their employee. Gossipy, undiscerning upper management team.

Pros

create your own schedule, new experiences everyday, going to school with patient, very flexible and easy when paired with right client and family. Administration has been good and understanding to me.

Cons

pay is not the greatest, little room for growth. sometimes hard to find new cases.

Salary is not that great as permanent employee before 2022.
