Pros

Some very sweet and genuine people are hired and there are a couple managers who do actually care but they are silenced.

Cons

It is very unfortunate but the favoritism, lack of standards/structure are blindly true. Having previously worked years in corporate setting I was excited to try something new, I had excelled in sales prior yet this is far from sales… it’s about low balling people who spent 6 figures on their masters and then want to pay them $40/hr in this economy. From the get go coming from sales I asked specifically what their standards are for quarterly sales/monthly expectations etc. the huge red flag was they seemed to have NONE. For example: at day 35 (INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS) without a contract they will sit you down and say you have 10 days to get a contract. But for their favorite people you can get 70-OVER 100 days and still have your job. This is one of the many disturbing things that go on, not to mention the sleeping around which is just insane to me because they deem to be a “woke” company. Most will not earn their positions, people are under 25 (without a frontal lobe) managing people FOR THEIR FIRST TIME in an extremely competitive corporate setting. Good job for out of college while you work for your dream job, if you’re over 25 stay clear of this high school

Pros

To be honest, you can get a lot of sales experience, but in your downtime when looking for other jobs on the clock, you’ll find that this company doesn’t really prepare you for the sales world. None of the experience is actually relevant. A lot of sales companies require business to business experience and this technically doesn’t count. so really there only pro is the money potential, if you are ok with the many negatives.

Cons

It’s unfortunate when you read the reviews on this company. You’ll see a trend for every account executive review. The issue is entirely with management which has just gotten progressively worse over the years. First, it was a terrible cult then the pandemic hit, and somehow the same people who knew it was a cult, made it an even bigger cult. When describing the company, a few words come to mind: favoritism, cliques, cult, micromanagement, and bullies. At the end of the day, it is what it is, the job just sucks, but you can make decent money until you realize the company is pure evil taking more and more year over year. The culture (lack there of), mass “diversity” hiring lol, terrible inexperienced managers, pointless trainings, nonexistent work life balance, favoritism, and bullying will make your stomach turn. I could go on and on, because it honestly is just as terrible as all these negative reviews are saying. Nothing will change until they change the leadership structure. This place is a joke and if you are a hardworking person they will just work you until you have nothing left and then demand more year over year. You are just a number and your numbers. You aren’t important. You are replaceable. The turnover is high and the lack of empathy in this place is toxic. You go to work every day and you just feel terrible. It’s like a feeling you can’t describe sort of like you are imploding from within. It’s like every bad high school scenario you can think of mixed with micromanagement and that toxic abusive cult-like relationship you know you are in but you didnt know you signed up for.
