Would give 0 stars if I could. Where do I start..? - Rubbish pay compared to rival and smaller companies such as iBroke My Gadget. - Unrealistic targets, thus not getting anywhere near the bonus level - Board members think they are miles above the rest of the staff - Infighting between people in shops - Doubling up peoples jobs in stores and in the head office - Getting people to commit to overtime then cancel the 1.5x pay half way through the month - Everyone is stressed - Company thinks they are 100x bigger than they actually are - Loads of people leaving - Only consideration is making the company more money, not for the staff. - Staff who have been there since the start are leaving because they are fed up

overpromise by area managers unpaid overtime (even if your area manager comes to you and promise you the moon) Stressfull enviroment No Support from head office and area manager Not enough member of staff for such a big company Long hours Disrespectful enviroment from high position HR Unable to manage internal complaint about staff and The Person in charge of the payroll alway made mistake every months, you have to do your calculation otherwise they'll keep your money for no reason Stay away if you wanna have a easy life New bonus structure makes you work harder, only to receive 10% of your previous bonus ()

Long hours. Working as front of house

Base salary not very high ( however there is an achievable bonus and commission system which makes it better) Only 23 days holidays for management

Not competitive salary at all. Bonus is nothing. Stress in all sides (customer and management). No life - no family. No payment increase even after 3 years. No opportunity for promotion if you are not a good friend of the management/not lucky.

Everything, they have strange target policies, they change their mind all the time, i fell like whoever is in charge has no clue what is doing. You need to be universal on the shop floor. The support is very poor it impacts the customer experience all the time. They chew more than they can possibly swallow. A tech has know how to use 3 different booking system for Apple, Samsung and Google and their in house booking system and a sales system, if you compare this to an Apple Tech that works for Apple the salary is the same or higher at Apple and you need to know only about the Apple environment. There is a bonus scheme but it seems like it was made to work against hitting targets hence no bonus. Long story short if you need money for a short period of time its ok but for long term you better look elsewhere.

Unless you have a position with a fancy name you are a nobody in the company, no matter how much you do for them there is no appreciation at all, no transparent bonus scheme no salary raise, unpaid overtime that happens on a daily basis when closing and opening the stores and the list is huge
