About the team
Our Tax & Legal team brings together specialists across three distinct areas, giving graduates the chance to build deep expertise in a field that genuinely interests them. We cover a broad range of disciplines — from corporate and private tax through to R&D incentives— and we're known for the quality of our technical training and the strength of our client relationships.
Business Tax — Advise global businesses on corporate tax, international tax, M&A and transfer pricing, helping them meet compliance obligations and identify opportunities.
Relevant degrees: Business, Commerce, Law, Finance or Accounting.
Private Tax — Support private businesses, family groups and entrepreneurs with tax, accounting, planning and strategic advisory work. As well as preparing financial statements and tax returns for private businesses, trusts and high-net-worth individuals, building strong tax and accounting foundations.
Relevant degrees: Accounting (CA eligible), Business or Commerce.
Research & Development (GI3) — We're a diverse team of engineers, accountants, scientists and lawyers. It’s our job to help clients access innovation incentives and grants. This includes identifying and communicating industry-scale R&D projects on behalf of our clients to Australian Government entities. The role provides a unique blend of technical analysis, business advisory, stakeholder engagement and professional writing, while building expertise in Australia's R&D tax incentive regime and broader innovation ecosystem.
Relevant degrees: We’re interested in hearing from individuals with a range of backgrounds! This may include Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and more.
You'll share your team preference as part of your application, so be ready to know which team you're most interested in joining.
