Smart Realty is seeking a reliable and dynamic Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-orientated, organised, and enjoys working independently while maintaining high standards in property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Property Condition Reports (PCRs) for both entry and exit inspections
• Carry out routine property inspections
• Accurately document property condition with notes and photographs
• Prepare clear and detailed inspection reports
• Communicate professionally with property managers and tenants when required

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Previous experience in property management or inspections is preferred but not essential
