Audit gives you a front-row seat to how organisations operate, where risk sits, and what high-quality reporting really looks like in practice. Through our Graduate Program, you'll build your career across nationally recognised Audit teams working with everything from financial institutions and listed companies to private and multinational clients.
What will your typical day look like?
Day to day, you'll be learning by doing inside live audit engagements, supported by people who want to help you build confidence quickly. You'll work across client information, testing, analysis and reporting, with exposure to different industries and business models depending on the team you join.
Support audit engagements by reviewing financial information, testing balances and documenting findings across a range of client environments
Use data, analysis and professional judgement to identify issues, understand risk areas and contribute to audit planning and reporting
Work with senior team members and clients to gather evidence, ask questions and build a practical understanding of how businesses operate
As well as learning in the flow of work, you'll also be part of our firm-wide Graduate Program. You'll have a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. You'll be supported by a dedicated buddy and coach, with flexible work options and wellbeing support as you grow.

Large & Complex — work with ASX-listed clients across industries including retail, energy, telecommunications, construction, mining and resources, technology, and healthcare. Brisbane, Melbourne & Sydney
Financial Services — work with clients across banking, wealth management, superannuation, and insurance. Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne & Sydney
Global & Private — work with multinational, private, small listed and non-financial services clients across sectors including retail, consumer, manufacturing, mining and pharma. Melbourne, Sydney, Western Sydney
