Solve Communications is expanding our corporate Service Desk and seeking an experienced Helpdesk & Provisioning Specialist to support fixed and mobile services for enterprise clients.
This is NOT a technical role - it is a provisioning role.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage customer service requests via Salesforce, email and phone
- Provision fixed services including NBN, Enterprise Ethernet, Fiber, IP services
- Coordinate SIM activations, hardware orders, mobile fleet changes
- Handle provisioning, faults, escalations and service changes across carriers
- Use Telstra portals for ordering, tracking and fault management
- Run usage, billing and audit reports with high accuracy
- Collaborate professionally with enterprise customers and carrier account managers
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with Data & Connectivity services: NBN, Enterprise Ethernet, 4G/5G
- Strong background using carrier portals (Telstra)
- Ability to manage multiple provisioning and fault tickets simultaneously
- Understanding of WAN/LAN fundamentals (preferred)
- High attention to detail and strong reporting/documentation skills
- Experience in a managed services or multi-carrier environment (desirable)
- Mobility knowledge (iPhones, Android, MDM tools, fleet management)
- Excellent communication and customer coordination skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- Availability for rotating shifts (7:30am – 9:00pm) and occasional weekends
