The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to cover a parental leave period at our well regarded Centre in Maddingley on a full-time, fixed term basis. You will ensure the smooth running of our Maddingley Centre, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our children & their families.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
• Valid WWCC
• Current First Aid or CPR Certificate
• Child protection Training or willingness to obtain.
• Child Safe Standards Knowledge
• Red Nose, Food safety training & SunSmart training or willingness to obtain.

Our successful applicant:

• Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
• Demonstrate organisational skills and multitasking ability.
• Possess extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Rating and Assessment process.
• Show a strong understanding of the Child Safe Standards.
• Be passionate about achieving the highest quality of education and care for children and families.
• Radiate brightness, friendliness, and energy.
• Be available to work 38 hours between Monday to Friday - 6.30 am - 6.30 pm.
