• manage a team and support high-quality service delivery
• lead the recruitment, training and support of volunteer independent prison visitors
• coordinate important communications, events, reporting and consultation activities
• monitor incidents, identify emerging issues and escalate matters when needed
• prepare reports, briefs and advice for senior leaders and the Minister for Corrections.
