What role will you play?
In this role you will partner with the Macquarie Asset Management Chief Risk Officer and leadership team to shape and deliver the risk strategy and transformation agenda. You will own the function’s programme of work, oversee operational performance, and translate complex risk topics into clear insights for senior stakeholders. You will also lead continuous improvement and innovation to strengthen our capabilities, operating model and ways of working.
What you offer
10+ years’ of experience in a senior strategy, operations or chief operating officer role within financial services
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and board audiences
Demonstrated experience leading transformation and improving ways of working in complex organisations
Experience in asset management or risk functions, with a sound understanding of commercial and regulatory environments
Proven people leadership capability, with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
