G.James QLD Glass Operations, based in Eagle Farm, is currently seeking reliable individuals for night shift positions:

• Production Worker (2pm to 10:10pm)
• Glass Loading / Unloading (6pm to 2am)

These roles involve practical, physical work within a busy production and dispatch environment. Full training will be provided.

The Role

• Perform hands-on duties across glass production and dispatch, including handling, processing, and preparing glass products
• Cut laminated (lam) glass in line with job specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met
• Safely load and unload glass from trucks, ensuring products are secured, protected, and handled with care
• Move materials throughout the site using appropriate equipment and manual handling techniques
• Work across different areas of the operation to support production and distribution requirements
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a strong focus on quality and efficiency in all tasks
• Build new skills with opportunities for ongoing training and career progression

About You
To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse environment (glass experience highly regarded)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• A strong safety focus, with attention to detail and efficiency
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
