We are partnering with a well-established Australian apparel business to recruit a Quality Assurance Coordinator / Manager to join their growing product team.
This opportunity is open to both emerging QA professionals looking to step up and experienced Quality Managers seeking a broader category portfolio.
Working across menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, babywear and lifestyle products, you will play a key role in maintaining quality standards throughout the product development and production lifecycle, ensuring products consistently meet brand, customer and compliance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage quality assurance processes from development through to bulk production.
Review and approve testing, specifications and quality standards across multiple product categories.
Partner with offshore suppliers and factories to ensure quality expectations are achieved.
Investigate and resolve quality concerns, implementing corrective actions where required.
Monitor product compliance, testing requirements and industry standards.
Analyse quality performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Product Development, Technical, Production and Buying teams.
Support the development and implementation of quality policies, procedures and best practices.
About You
Previous experience within Quality Assurance, Technical, Production or Product Development in apparel, textiles or consumer goods.
Strong understanding of garment construction, manufacturing and quality standards.
Experience working with offshore suppliers and factories.
Knowledge of product testing, compliance and quality control processes.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working across multiple categories and managing competing priorities.
