The role
We are looking for a dedicated and visionary person to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will join with the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer and the Executive team to lead the organisation, by shaping its culture, supporting strategic direction and optimising performance. You will oversee the following units:
Providing excellent customer service is also a top priority. You will work with your teams to ensure that every interaction reflects the organisation’s dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations including through streamlining processes and removing barriers.
