About the Opportunity
WesTrac is seeking an Operations Aftermarket Analyst (Prioritised Service Event Analyst) to join our Construction Industries team in NSW. Reporting to the CI Aftermarket Manager, this role plays a key part in improving commercial performance through industrial engineering principles, data-led insights and process optimisation.
You will partner closely with Sales, IT, Data Analytics and Business Unit stakeholders to analyse lead generation, sales funnel health, and operational workflows. Using your analytical mindset, you’ll identify opportunities to improve lead quality, streamline processes, remove duplication and enhance revenue conversion across the aftermarket business.
This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional who is curious, enjoys working with data, and wants to build practical skills while making a real impact from day one.
