Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of IT infrastructure projects excluding core network components (e.g. compute, storage, cloud, workplace, platforms, security, applications).

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and reporting across the full project lifecycle.

• Coordinate onsite activities including deployments, upgrades, migrations, testing, and handover.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• &n bsp; Oversee change control, risk management, and issue resolution.

• Ensure compliance with WHS/OHS, customer policies, and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and gain customer acceptance at project closure.
