The Opportunity:
This role will drive, shape & lead the end to end Performance Marketing strategy, with a particularly heavy focus on Meta. You'll be responsible for delivering strong commercial outcomes, driving solid brand awareness & onsite traffic, for one of Australia's most celebrated Luxury Designer Fashion brands, with a solid store network and internationally focused trade.
Working directly alongside the Head of Digital, this is a high-impact, strategic role, with ownership of the Paid Media budget, leading the transition to an inhouse model and managing all Performance activity, internally.
You'll have a full-funnel focus, responsible for driving solid new customer acquisition, as well as shaping out the CRM & Loyalty strategy, to drive stronger customer engagement & retention.
Experience Needed & What You'll be Working on:
A solid background of experience within Performance Marketing, ideally from an Agency background, specialised in supporting a client base of eCommerce businesses
Demonstrated experience with strategising and executing high-performing Meta & Google Ads, with TikTok, Pinterest & Google Shopping experience being majorly advantageous
A solid track record of delivering strong commercial results, across ROAS, ROI, CPA, CAC & AOV, aligning with wider business objectives
Strong experience in managing end to end campaign development, from ideation, through to execution, as well as post-campaign reporting
The ability to work alongside Senior stakeholders, including Heads of Department & C-Suite, presenting key insights & trends
A continuous focus on performance enhancement & optimisation, identifying new areas of opportunity for growth & scale
Exposure to CRM, Email & Loyalty Marketing would be highly advantageous, but not essential
Demonstrated experience with running small-scale tests, creative or bid tests, with the ability to redefine solutions & strategies
Experience within a client-facing role, working with senior Stakeholders & Founders alike, presenting trends & interpreting data
