We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Design Manager, Services & Technology to join our Project Design Management team and play a leading role in shaping how services and technology are delivered across some of our most significant projects.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who brings deep technical capability, commercial acumen and a collaborative mindset. You will lead services and technology outcomes across multiple asset classes, influence project strategy from early design through to delivery, and work closely with Development, Construction, Asset Management and Design teams to deliver high-quality, future-focused outcomes.

Your opportunity

In this role, you will lead services and technology strategy and delivery across office, mixed use, build to sell and build to rent projects. You will help shape project direction, manage design and consultant outcomes, embed strong governance and risk controls, and ensure projects are delivered in line with Mirvac’s quality, sustainability and performance expectations.

• Lead services and technology outcomes across a diverse portfolio of projects and asset classes
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive integrated design, delivery and operational alignment
• Oversee consultant engagement, tendering, scope development and contract execution
• Manage programme, cost, risk and commercial performance across the design lifecycle
• Embed strong safety, compliance and governance practices, including DOOR and related systems
• Champion sustainability outcomes, including ESD, Green Star and NABERS objectives
• Support new business opportunities, bids and strategic project pursuits
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing, inclusive team culture

You are an experienced design leader with a strong track record delivering complex projects across multiple stages and stakeholders. You know how to balance technical excellence with commercial thinking, and you bring a calm, considered approach to leading people, managing risk and influencing outcomes. You are equally comfortable in the detail and at the strategic level, and you build trusted relationships that help teams perform at their best.

• Extensive senior-level experience across complex construction and design environments
• Strong understanding of design, services coordination, risk, cost and programme management
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence across a matrixed business
• Deep stakeholder management capability and a collaborative, people-first approach
• Tertiary qualifications relevant to design, engineering, construction or the built environment
• A passion for quality, innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement
