Step 4 would have been a final with senior stakeholder.
They ghosted me after the panel presentation even though I got positive live feedback - really bad look to ghost after asking someone to put effort into the analysis and presentation (on top of the my own job).

Interview
The interview process consisted of 4 rounds: first with HR (was nice and friendly), second with the hiring manager (also pretty chill), then a case study (easy can knock it out in a day or 2) and finally a super day where you interview with 3-4 people across all levels (Sr. Analysts to Directors).
