WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Day to day, you’ll be involved in:
Delivering premium customer service
Building and maintaining in-store visual merchandising aesthetics
Replenishing and maintaining stock
Ensuring visual consistency across the store
Assisting the store to achieve Key Performance Indicators

ROLE FOCUS AREAS

While all Athletes contribute to delivering an exceptional Nike experience, we are looking for athletes that will primarily support each of the following focus areas:

Sales & Service – creating premium customer experiences and driving in‑store engagement
Back of House – supporting stockroom operations and inventory accuracy
Refill / Visual Merchandising – maintaining floor standards, replenishment, and visual consistency

WHAT YOU BRING:
We are looking for team members who ideally have:
Previous relevant retail and/or customer-service experience
A passion for delivering premium customer service
A passion for the NIKE brand/sports
Previous experience in Visual Merchandising
An energetic demeanor

Our full-time position requires full availability across weekdays and weekends, as you will be working on a rotating roster, which includes some weekend shifts.

Due to the nature of our rotating schedule, we can only consider candidates who are fully available without regular commitments on specific days.
