The Opportunity:
You will play a pivotal part in the growth & optimisation of the Online site, working directly alongside Senior Leadership. This is a high impact role, working across online merchandising, trade reporting, EDM delivery and working alongside Agency Partners to shape Paid & Performance campaigns. You'll be focused on both backend and frontend operations, equally balancing a technical and analytical focus, with creative, with involvement in shoot coordination and brand positioning.
You'll identify key areas of opportunity & growth, be customer-centric in everything you do, delivering the very best online customer experience.
Experience Needed & What You'll be Working on:
Demonstrated experience within eCommerce & Digital, ideally 2-3yrs of experience in an Digital, eCommerce Specialist or Coordinator role, within the Retail industry
Strong, hands-on knowledge of eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Emarsys, or similar!
Experience with crafting & delivering EDM campaigns, that capture customers and drive strong brand Loyalty
Solid experience with product uploading, onsite merchandising and content strategies, as well as backend platform management
The ability to work cross-functionally, working closely alongside eCommerce, Digital, Marketing & Product teams
A strategic and forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to bring suggestions & ideas to drive growth & optimise further
