About your new role:

• Assist in conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals.
• Administer individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life. As guided by Allied Health professionals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients and Multidisciplinary team.
• Assist in delivering individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• A Certificate in Allied Health Assistance or a Current Allied Health Student.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence

Current or willing to obtain:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
