As a Process Engineer at Visy Pulp and Paper, you will play a key role in supporting mill performance by optimising processes, improving efficiencies, and delivering cost-saving initiatives across a complex, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
This role is both operational and strategic - providing day-to-day support to production while identifying and implementing improvements across process performance, energy usage, and raw material costs. You will also take ownership of critical compliance activities, including environmental and audit readiness, helping to close gaps and build sustainable systems for the future. With strong autonomy, you’ll work closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver measurable improvements and long-term value across the site.
