I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Irvine, CA)
Interview
Multi stage process that starts with a recruiter and ends with a presentation. Very systematic and they give you all you need to successfully interview; including the recruiter doing a dry run of your presentation with you.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
