I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Amsterdam) in Apr 2018
Interview
Getting the interview was somewhat difficult as I am not European and was applying for a position in Amsterdam. I would recommend out-of-the-box techniques like sending linked in messages and video embedded emails as well as applying online. I had to complete a panel interview/presentation for 60 minutes, pretty intense but fine if you prepare well. From there it was extremely quick after a few additional convos with senior leaders they made the offer the next day.

Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
