Are you passionate about customer service and making a difference to the community we serve? Join Cafs, a values-driven organisation, as our Client Services Officer.
The Client Services Officer (CSO) plays a critical role within a client’s journey at Cafs. The CSO is often the first point of contact for new or existing clients, visitors, or stakeholders, either by phone or face-to-face. This role provides administrative support, general information, and advice on Cafs services and daily operations. It connects clients to the appropriate practitioner, team member, or program, ensuring high-quality service experiences.
As part of this role, the CSO works closely with the broader Client Services Team and organisation to ensure each person experiences a trusted, consistent, and therapeutic approach when accessing services. This includes maintaining professionalism, respect, integrity, collaboration, and kindness, while contributing to an inclusive, safe, and welcoming environment.
We are seeking two motivated, values-driven individuals who enjoy variety in their work. You will have experience in a client-facing support or customer service role and be passionate about delivering high-quality service to community members. You will also bring strong administrative support skills.
The successful candidates will be comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
