What role will you play?
As a Principal Engineer, you will drive the team's technical roadmap in alignment with organisational strategy and setting technical aspirations. You will architect and oversee scalable, resilient, and secure systems while championing engineering best practices and coding standards. You will mentor engineers to foster growth and technical excellence, exemplified through code reviews, advocate for system and process improvements and leverage new technologies, especially in AI.
You will collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and influence decisions and ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with regulations as well as managing incidents and promoting continuous improvement.
