What you’ll do:
We’re seeking an Onboarding Implementation Specialist to join our team on a 12-Month Fixed-Term contract. Reporting to the Store Program and New Formats Manager, you will support the delivery of operational standards at store level to maintain compliance, consistency and a strong customer experience online and in store across Priceline, InstantScripts and atomica stores. The role has a dual focus on supporting new store openings and managing e-commerce account setup and maintenance for stores.
This role involves close coordination with franchise and retail teams, as well as project managers, to streamline store openings and minimise disruptions across the e-commerce platform. The position is key to implementing the Retail strategy by facilitating the smooth onboarding of new franchise partners and teams, while identifying opportunities to optimise policies and procedures for improved in-store consistency and customer experience.
