In this role, you'll:
Analyse, document and translate business and technical requirements into clear system specifications that support technology delivery outcomes for TMC systems.

Working across projects, architecture and product teams, you will contribute to solution design, system configuration, data analysis, testing and implementation to ensure solutions are integrated, fit‑for‑purpose and aligned to organisational standards.

You will elicit requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement, map data flows and integration points, assess system impacts, and support testing activities including functional, non‑functional and security testing to enable reliable operational outcomes.

About you

You are an experienced business and technical analyst with a strong understanding of both technology and operational environments.

You have proven ability to translate business needs into system requirements that inform project scope, solution design and delivery.

With experience in operational technology—TMC systems experience highly regarded—you collaborate effectively across business and technical teams, communicate clearly, and produce high‑quality analysis artefacts that align technology solutions to operational needs.
