As a Service Engineer / Supervisor, you will report directly to the VIC Service Manager and be responsible for the following duties:

• Servicing Leica GPS & TPS. The regular repair of assigned Leica products such as :

GPS(Leica iCon and Viva)

TPS(TPS400/700/800,TPS1100,TPS1200,TS11/15/16 & iCon, Flexline,

TS60/MS60, TS03,0710 & iCon

• Support customers with technical inquiries

• Liaising with clients, direct, phone and email

• Record keeping, quotes and assist with data recording

• Troubleshooting and analysing problem issues for iCon, Viva & Captivate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4 years experiences with Leica TPS/GPS products

• Specific training undergone in Leica factory in Heerbrugg

• Experience in preparing Leica Service Audit

• Extensive knowledge of Leica GPS products, GPS1200 and GS15

• Extensive knowledge of Leica TPS products TPS(TPS400/700/800,TPS1100,TPS1200,TS11/15/16,Flexline, TS60/MS60,TS03,07,10)

• Desire to learn new technologies and skills, both via training and self-learning.

• Work in a team environment is a must and the ability to work autonomously

• Ability to solve problems and think laterally

• Extensive knowledge of Machine Control Calibrations

SALARY:

$95,000 - $ 100,000 base + 12% superannuation
