We are looking for an experienced
Acurity Developer to support
BAU operations and ongoing enhancements on the Iress Acurity platform for a leading superannuation client. The role involves
production support, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements.

Provide L2/L3 support for Acurity-based applications
-
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, defects, and service requests
-
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
-
Monitor and support batch jobs, data loads, and integrations
-
Develop and enhance solutions on Iress Acurity platform
-
Customize and integrate Acurity modules to meet client needs
-
Deliver small enhancements and continuous improvements
-
Perform SQL data fixes and validation
-
Support data processing, EOFY activities, and reporting changes
Handle configuration and template updates
-

Analyse system performance and identify improvement opportunities
-
Implement solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and stability
-
Work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
-
Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates
4+ years (6+ preferred) experience in Iress Acurity platform-
Strong exposure to Superannuation domain

Experience in production support / BAU environments
-
Programming: .NET / Java / Python (any one)

Strong SQL skills

Experience in:
- Batch jobs & job monitoring

Data loads & integrations

Reporting (Acurity Architect preferred

Experience with incident management & ITIL processes

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and stakeholder handling skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced BAU environment
Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

Typically 5–10+ years overall IT experience
