Challenging projects
You’ll be assigned to a major enterprise transformation program within a cross-functional technology and business team. Projects will span architectural discovery, platform assessments, logistics capability evaluations, integration analysis, TMS strategy and future-state supply chain architecture.

Mandate
Support and lead our customers’ architecture and technology teams to deliver on key program outcomes. Success will come from your ability to lead discovery, define target-state architecture, simplify complexity, build architectural artefacts, influence stakeholders, and shape long-term strategy for Logistics, Global Trade and TMS platforms.
Requirements
- Lead architectural discovery, capability analysis, and assessment of current logistics, distribution, global trade and TMS landscapes
- Define scalable, secure and future-fit target-state architectures across TMS, integrations, data, security and infrastructure
- Collaborate with program leaders, domain architects, SMEs, vendors and stakeholders to shape project scope and decisions
- Produce architectural blueprints, models, principles, and standards aligned with enterprise architecture frameworks
- Develop and recommend a detailed multi-year roadmap including sequencing, dependencies, platform strategy and investment options
- Provide strategic insight into build/buy/integrate decisions, market solutions, emerging logistics technologies, and operational visibility capabilities
- Support integration strategy across SaaS, custom-developed and third-party logistics platforms using API-driven and event-based approaches
Technology / Domains
- Transport Management Systems (SAP TM, Oracle TMS, Manhattan, Blue Yonder – preferred)
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Global Trade Management and cross-border logistics exposure are highly regarded
- Integration patterns (EDI, API-first, event-driven architecture)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Modern integration tools (Mulesoft, Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud, etc.)
- Logistics, supply chain, fleet & route optimisation
- Supply chain visibility, observability and AI-enabled operational analytics exposure are advantageous
About YOU
Ideally, you’ll have 8–10 years in Solution Architecture with strong experience across logistics, supply chain, transport management and enterprise integration platforms.
You’ll be passionate about simplifying complexity, influencing senior stakeholders, and designing enterprise-scale architecture in operational domains. Experience working across both packaged platforms and custom-built enterprise environments will be highly regarded.

Please note this role is initially being offered on a part-time, 3 days per week basis.
