Role Description
We are seeking experienced B1 LAMEs to support line maintenance operations in Sydney across Dash 8 Q400 and A220 aircraft.
This role involves hands-on mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and component installations. You will work within a collaborative team environment, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with safety and regulatory standards.
The position operates on a rotating 4-on, 4-off roster covering both day and night shifts, requiring flexibility and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Essential Requirements
- Required Role Experience: Line Maintenance experience on Dash 8 Q400 (Q-Series) or A220
- Maintenance Qualification / Licence: Licence (Unrestricted) + Q400 Type or A220
- Work Rights / Location: Must be in Australia or Sydney-based or able to relocate quickly
- Clearances / Tickets: ASIC, AOD, Valid Driver’s Licence
- Skills: Troubleshooting, defect rectification, documentation discipline, operational mindset
- Attitude: Positive, Proactive, Communicator, Team-Player, Follows Direction
