MICM are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager or experienced Sales person to join our growing team.
MICM is the market leader in the residential real estate industry in the Southbank area, your job is to bring on new properties for our PM team to manage.

Key Responsibilities
- Honestly. getting on the phone... Speaking to people, building relationships and generating new business in property management is the most important aspect of this role.
- Actively prospect and building a pipeline to convert new clients through appointments and relationship building.
- Manage and nurture a database of leads and opportunities.
- Coordinate property marketing activities, including preparing listings and inspections.
- Provide regular performance reporting against KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximise business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
What we need from you:
- A hungry and motivated BDM to come in with excitement and energy. We don't mind how you do it as long as you get there.
- We are very transparent with our KPIs, we need someone who is comfortable working towards them.
- Proven experience in BDM, sales or property management with strong business development capability.
- Sound knowledge of real estate legislation and industry practices.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Agents Rep Certificate is preferred but not essential, we would be willing to organise this for the right candidate..
