What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key role responsibilities including:
Provide end-to-end support to CJC10 leadership , assisting the IPM and Deputy IPM across sustainment, acquisition, and product management activities.
Manage and monitor DHFCS sustainment finances , supporting budget planning, tracking, and financial governance.
Drive effective product management outcomes by analysing and implementing options that balance cost, risk, performance, and asset optimisation.
Oversee sustainment service delivery , including ad-hoc and recurring services, ensuring capability continuity and performance.
Coordinate stakeholders and contractors , maintaining strong relationships and ensuring delivery against requirements, schedules, risks, and changes.
What You’ll Bring
Uphold ethical, lawful and compliant conduct , aligning with Commonwealth, Defence and CASG legislation, policies and values (including PGPA and CPRs).
Demonstrate strong stewardship of resources , driving value for money, efficiency and continuous improvement across project delivery.
Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders , ensuring alignment, consultation and clear direction across all levels.
Embed best practice decision-making , ensuring outcomes are delivered by qualified personnel with balanced risk management.
Foster a transparent, collaborative team environment , providing role clarity and encouraging open communication and accountability.
Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain an AGSVA Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
