Who are we looking for?
A skilled and passionate Project Manager to join our AC3’s Professional Services team, delivering diverse IT projects across government and enterprise clients.
You’ll coordinate programs spanning infrastructure, cloud, cyber, networks, large-scale migrations and work directly with senior leaders on high-impact initiatives whilst being supported by a collaborative PMO that sets you up for long-term success within a lively and social office cultures.

What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects - from requirements to operational handover
- Work directly with senior leaders and GMs on high-impact programs
- Gain exposure to a wide range of technologies: cloud uplifts, infrastructure builds, network, cyber, IRAP assessments, and migrations
- Engage stakeholders within government and enterprise clients across ANZ
- Ensure smooth transition of projects into ongoing support, balancing scope, risk, budgets, and deadlines
What we'd love to see
- Minimum 4–5 years’ total career experience in IT project delivery (e.g. 2–3 years as a Project Coordinator, ~2 years as a PM)
- Experience working in an MSP or IT Consultancy
- Confident managing multiple infrastructure or technology projects across various areas of IT
- Project budget management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, comfortable working directly with senior customers
- Organised, adaptable, and able to keep projects moving in fast-paced environments
A plus if you have...
- Experience with ServiceNow projects
