What you'll be doing

• Leading and inspiring a high performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day
• Setting the tone on every shift and creating a positive, energetic venue culture
• Recruiting, coaching, and developing future leaders within your team
• Driving operational excellence across service, product quality, safety, and venue presentation
• Owning the numbers – managing labour, COGS, and overall financial performance (P&L accountability)
• Identifying opportunities to grow sales, improve efficiencies, and maximise venue performance
• Building strong connections within the local community and representing the Yo-Chi brand

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality

• Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing venue performance
