Program Coordinator – Hybrid Delivery

About the role
The Program Coordinator supports the delivery of a hybrid program that combines Waterfall planning for program milestones with Agile delivery across multiple workstreams. This role covers all the Project Coordinator/Project Management fundamentals, including managing team schedule, Kanban boards and project tracking tools, governance reporting, project risks and Financials.
The role ensures effective coordination, visibility, and communication across teams, tracking dependencies, risks, issues, and progress vs plan while bridging structured and iterative approaches.

The ideal applicant will facilitate stakeholder communication through program updates and team coordination while supporting hybrid delivery practices, onboarding, and collaboration. Maintains knowledge repositories, tracks lessons learned and improvement actions, and identifies opportunities to strengthen governance, reporting, accountability, and coordination across teams operating within structured and iterative delivery environments.
