In this role, you'll:
In this role, you’ll provide strategic leadership across one of Transport’s most critical enterprise platforms with core SAP ERP at heart. working with senior business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to strengthen governance, manage risk, and deliver secure, sustainable outcomes at scale. Your ability to influence, collaborate and lead through complexity will be key to success.

As the Senior Manager, Equip Security Operations, you will lead the strategic direction, governance and operational performance of security across the Equip ecosystem.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams and delivery partners, ensuring Equip security outcomes align with organisational priorities and operational needs.

You will lead multiple internal and vendor teams, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance governance, risk management and operational resilience. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence decision-making, balance competing priorities, and ensure security is embedded into business processes and strategic planning.

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with responsibility for navigating complex organisational environments, managing competing interests, and delivering outcomes across multiple programs and business units.
