We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic technology and business transformation projects across Brandbank.
Working closely with the CIO, executive stakeholders, and business leaders, you will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to organisational priorities. This role provides end-to-end project leadership across planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, resource coordination, and change delivery. You will also support continuous improvement in project delivery practices and provide guidance to the IT Project Administrator to ensure strong coordination and governance across all initiatives.
THE ROLE:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technology, digital and transformation projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, scope and success measures
- Establish and manage project governance frameworks, reporting and steering committee processes
- Provide accurate executive reporting on progress, risks, dependencies and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across executive, business and vendor partners
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change control processes
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts and vendor performance
- Coordinate resources across internal teams and external partners
- Drive project documentation standards and post-implementation reviews
- Support portfolio planning, prioritisation and continuous improvement initiatives
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 5+ years' experience delivering end-to-end technology, digital or transformation projects
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in complex environments
- Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Demonstrated experience in project governance, reporting and steering committees
- Strong financial and budget management capability
- Experience working with vendors and third-party delivery partners
- Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet and Microsoft 365
- Project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Scrum desirable)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation capability
- Confident communicator with strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Resilient, adaptable and effective in fast-paced environments
- Proactive, outcomes-focused and committed to continuous improvement
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
