As our Application Engineer, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for technical expertise, providing responsive support on email enquiries while also partnering with our sales team to help identify engineering solutions to meet their customer needs.

Your impact? You will build lasting customer trust by solving their immediate technical challenges and guiding them toward long-term success. Your work ensures our internal and external customers feel supported day-to-day, while your engineering insights help them develop next-generation machinery. You are both the problem-solver and the solution-builder.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the technical expert providing prompt, clear, and effective solutions to technical support requests and collaborating with our sales team to secure new opportunities.
• Partner with customers on application design , assisting with system sizing, product selection, and creating technical specifications that meet their requirements.
• Support our internal teams , including Sales and Customer Service, by acting as a go-to resource for product knowledge and application guidance.
• Become a trusted partner Progress from technical expert to a solution builder by contributing to customer presentations, building proof-of-concept solutions, and acting as the voice of the customer to guide our product innovation.

What We're Looking For

• A hydraulics certification or a tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• A foundational understanding of mobile hydraulic components, power electronics, or software controls (IEC 61131-3) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with a talent for explaining technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to help.
• A positive, proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn, with the ability to manage both immediate support tasks and longer-term engineering projects.
