As a Engineering Program Supervisor , your focus will be responsible for technical success of their assigned projects. This requires leading technical teams, defining the detailed scope requirements, through co-ordination with internal and external project stakeholders and developing and documenting the design. Validating this with the project stakeholders and coordinating work packages for local and remote project team members.

The role will suit a highly motivated person who enjoys working to the highest standards, in a fast-paced technical environment with a lot of variety. The role is based in Melbourne but also open to Sydney for any suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall execution of the systems design, engineering, implementation, commissioning and documentation of a project
• Review project documentation for impacts on scope and schedule, coordinating responses with the project manager
• Define the engineering work schedule with the project manager and drive the team to deliver on time
• Direct day to day engineering and technical activities
• Manage QA procedures to ensure defect‑free hardware and software for field delivery
Manage resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring high‑utilization support where needed

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or Mechatronics or equivalent industry experience
• Strong Engineering skills in building controls, automation, specifically in “BMS” or “HVAC” preferred
• At least 5 years’ leadership/supervisory and 7 years' relevant projects experience, with strong on‑site knowledge, design understanding, and coordination capability
• Experienced and good understanding of BMS and/or HVAC full cycle project fundamentals and execution
• Ability to lead, coach a team, work cooperatively and provide technical direction in a team environment
• Proven track record in building strong relationships with clients and customer engagement
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Self-motivated, with the ability to meet deadlines and determine own work priorities
Can demonstrate financial and commercial acumen
